Enjoy an hour of yin yoga while you receive distance reiki. Come prepared with questions you are looking to explore. You'll have time and space to tune in to your inner oracle to see what answers arise to questions you might have.
In Yin Yoga, all poses are done on the floor so you don't need any yoga experience! It can help:
