Reign was born from a simple truth: deep down, you already know what's right for you.

I created Reign to help you cut through the noise... the opinions, the "shoulds," the algorithm, and crank up the volume on your inner wisdom so you can make decisions that actually feel right for you. This is you claiming your crown 👑 and ruling your world.

I help people remember that they already have all the answers they need, and that access to their inner wisdom is their birthright. There are two sides to it: training your inner wisdom so you can reach it on command, and understanding your blueprint through Cardology, the ancient system hidden in playing cards that shows your soul's design, patterns, and timing.

My resume is a lot. Corporate consultant (Arthur Andersen, RIP), high school Spanish teacher, yoga instructor, energy healer, Reiki master, 300-hour Taoist yin yoga training, shamanic studies, psychic development, third eye activation, and a Cardology apprenticeship. Then a bizarre immune system disorder that could only be fixed by never eating anything fun again. So I went on a quest to find out why I heard a voice say NO when I was being diagnosed.

And I haven't done any of it alone. Candy (the Breathwork Boss) has been on this journey with me from the start. We did our Reiki and yin yoga trainings together, she owned the yoga studio I helped manage, and we created the Bubble together, the place where you go to tune into your Higher Self. Now she runs Breathwork Boss, where she brings the magic through Circular Breathing... not your calm-and-centered breathwork, but a full-on portal to your deepest self. I would have NEVER made it hear without my ride or die! And most importantly, I turned her into a Swiftie.

We host the podcast One Card Shy together, and between the two of us, we're here to help you remember who the hell you are.

When I'm not doing all of this, I'm playing with my nieces and nephews, baking, traveling, working out with people, binging sci-fi, or consuming alarming amounts of coffee and chocolate.
