New Moon in Pisces: Yin Yoga + Reiki

Let's set an intention for this New Moon and take some time for ourselves. We'll begin with tuning into the New Moon energy and setting a short intention. Then we will spend time in yin yoga poses so we can tune into whatever needs to come forward. Once the class is over, you can choose to journal on your own about your experience.

If you are new to yoga, don't worry. You just need a blanket, a pillow and maybe something to cover your eyes with. Yin Yoga is basically yoga napping, so all poses will be done on the floor.
