About the event

This class will be 20 minutes of yin yoga followed by 20-25 minutes of yoga nidra, plus 15 minutes to enjoy the journey! I'm scheduling this until 8:15 just in case!

ABOUT YOGA NIDRA

Yoga nidra is a more structured form of meditation that helps reduce anxiety and stress. It also activates the third eye chakra and pineal gland. We'll go through a series of mental 'exercises' that will take you into a deep, relaxed state. You'll have time to see what intuitive guidance can come in for you as a result of doing this practice. ABOUT YIN YOGA

If you are new to yoga, don't worry. You just need a blanket, a pillow and maybe something to cover your eyes with. Yin Yoga is basically yoga napping, so all poses will be done on the floor. 

What to bring:

- blanket

- bolster or pillow

- journal

- eye covering (optional)

- whatever else makes you feel cozy inside
